Wealthify - Refer a Friend

Invite your friends and family to join Wealthify and you could receive £50 each to top up your Investment Plan. These Terms & Conditions are applicable when an invited member signs up to Wealthify using the referrers unique link.

1. To qualify for this offer, the referrer must have at least one funded Wealthify Investment Plan. The Refer a Friend offer is currently only available for Investment Plans.

2. Invited members must:

a. be new customers to Wealthify;

b. sign up to Wealthify by using the referrers unique link from 11/09/2024;

c. invest at least £1,000 in a Wealthify Investment Plan within six (6) months of the Plan being opened; and

d. keep at least £1,000 in the Wealthify Plan for the following six (6) months.

This shall form the ‘Qualifying Investment’.

3. No claim can be made under this offer if the Wealthify Plan does not meet the Qualifying Investment criteria as stated in clause 2.

4. Any withdrawals from the invited member's Plan resulting in less than £1,000 in the first six (6) months of investment will invalidate this offer.

5. The £50 cashback will be paid into the referrer and invited member’s oldest active Wealthify Plan within thirty (30) days after the Qualifying Investment period noted in clause 3 above. If the Wealthify Plan is a personal pension (SIPP) the cashback will be paid into the bank account associated with the Wealthify account.

6. There is no limit on the number of referral invites that can be sent, but the number of friend recommendations qualifying for a payment is capped at fifty (50) and subject to availability.

7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other introductory offers.

8. The £50 cashback will form part of the current tax years ISA allowance if it’s deposited into a qualifying Stocks & Shares ISA. If the maximum allowance under ISA rules has been reached, the cashback will be paid directly into the bank account registered under the Wealthify account. We may request evidence of the maximum allowance being reached if ISAs are held with other ISA managers before a bank payment is made.

9. The £50 cashback will form part of the current years Junior ISA savings limit if it’s deposited into a qualifying Junior ISA and will form part of the child’s investment. If the maximum savings limit under ISA rules has been reached, the cashback will be paid into the Junior ISA plan in the following tax year.

10. This offer is not transferable and there are no alternatives available.

11. This offer is available only for personal referrals. Wealthify reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any payments made where a referral is made as part of a business or linked via a third-party website.

12. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.

13. The Wealthify standard Terms & Conditions also apply and are not affected in any way by this offer.

14. Wealthify accepts no liability or responsibility for claims under this promotion which are lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.

15. This promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
